Grocery and food provision

Wards garage provide some basics supported by regular visits from the Happy Apple mobile shop for fruit and vegetables.

Voase the butcher, for regular fresh fish and bread rounds.

There also continues to be a milk round in Seaton and weekly visits from Ringtons Teas.

Further shopping is available at Hornsea and Beverley both short distances away.

Public House

The village has a Public House, The Swan, which serves food daily.

Post Office

The recently re- opened Post Office, (following its sudden closure in February2006 in its previous location), is now at Common Farm, Seaton, run by the Parish Council Chair, Nicola Salvidge.

It re-opened in September 2006 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 9am-1pm.

Garages

Seaton has two garages;

one to the West, - Wards, offering fuel and a MOT testing station as well as basic grocery needs in its attached shop.

Seaton Garage and Engineering Co., to the east of the village (also a MOT testing station), offers a popular sign writing business.
